| In a letter dated February 19th, 2010
addressed to James P. Hoffa, General President of the IBT and others.
The letter requests a special Multi-Region Change of Operations hearing
as soon as possible. The letter originated from YRC's VP of Labor
Relations. |
| The COO request is in response to the
economic conditions being experienced by YRC. It seeks to eliminate
duplicate terminals. |
| It appears that the COO has been
posted in jpg format at a message board website frequented by Teamster
Drivers. |
| The following information was found at
TruckingBoards.Com posted by "Jeff, A capitalist pig" The
